We totally understand...things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for Returns.  Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing, we'd love to help!

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit (Gift Card) for the original purchase price.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 

Warehouse Sales

  • Warehouse sales are Final Sale.
  • The term "Warehouse Sale" will be noted as they occur or advertised.
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return: 

1. Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. 

2. Please complete the return form (Return Form) and include it, along with your packing slip, with your return. 

3. Mail the return to the address we provide you with.

Please call us @ 817-304-3228 for our warehouse return address. 

4. Once we receive your return, please allow 10-15 business days for processing. A full store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card. The electronic gift card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout.  

 CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand and are here to help, however you must contact us immediately! You can contact us at dleopardboutique@yahoo.com or call us at 817-304-3228. It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible! If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
