Can I Pick Up An Item From The Store?

  • Some of our items are exclusive online deals, while others are available in-store. When you check out, you can choose between the shipping or pick up available options.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

  • We accept the following tenders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay, Venmo, and PayPal.

What are ShopPay?

  • ShopPay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.

How Do I Use ShopPay?

  • Just shop www.divineleopard.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose ShopPay as your payment method and you will be directed to the their website. If it’s your first time using either entity, you’ll be asked to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used them before, just log into your account, then complete your order on our site.

How Does the ShopPay Payment Schedule Work?

  • When using ShopPay, you must make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into the respective website to make your payments early. ShopPay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
  • You can log into your ShopPay anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

What If I Can’t Pay A ShopPay Installment?

  • If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. 

Where Can I Use ShopPay?

  • These can only be used on purchases made on the divineleopard.com website, and cannot be used as a form of payment for purchases at our Divine Leopard Boutique store location.

When Will My Items Be Delivered If I Use ShopPay?

  • ShopPay orders are delivered in accordance with The Divine Leopard Boutiques’s shipping policy, and will be sent out directly after your purchase, like any order placed on www.divineleopard.com

How Do I Return An Item Purchased With ShopPay?

  • Returns of items purchased with ShopPay can be made in accordance with The Divine Leopard Boutique's return policy for an E-Gift Card to use on future purchases. 

Is There A Limit To How Much I Can Spend On a Single ShopPay Transaction? 

  • Yes, to qualify, you have to spend between $50 - $1000.

What Happens If There Is An Error Message On My Order?

Do You Have Gift Cards?

  • Of course, we do! Please see the link on the home page under Gift Cards to see the details. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
  • The Divine Leopard Boutique's E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.  
  • Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.

How Can I Use A Divine Leopard Boutique E-gift Card Or Promo Code?

  • When you start the checkout process click the button that says add a discount code or a gift card.
